Named GP

The NHS has asked us to make sure that all of our Patients have a “Named Accountable GP”. Your “Named GP” will ensure that we work with other Health and Care Providers to deliver a health and care package that meets your needs. Your “Named GP” cannot be available all of the time – so other GPs/Clinicians will continue to support you. You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our Doctors or Nurses, not just your “Named GP”. If you do not know who your “Named GP” is, please ask at Reception.
